INTELLIGENCE GROUNDED IN BIOLOGY

Canary Atlas AI

Human biology, cellular evidence, AI reasoning, and HYPER-15™ delivery in one experimental loop.

BIOLOGY, AI & DELIVERY

Built for the step after the list.

Human and cellular evidence, agentic reasoning, and HYPER-15™ delivery come together in one experimental loop.

Human + cell biology

Curated evidence in fat and muscle.

Agentic reasoning

Test mechanisms. Name the next experiment.

HYPER-15™ Active Fusion

Target tissue and cargo: siRNA, mRNA, and gene editing.

Adipocyte and muscle biology linked to AI reasoning and a nucleic-acid delivery particle in a feedback loop

Turn adipocyte and muscle genetics into deliverable nucleic-acid programs.

BIOLOGY + AI + DELIVERY

Built for the step after the list.

Canary Atlas is designed to turn evidence about adipose tissue and skeletal muscle into nucleic-acid programs that can be tested and delivered. Its purpose is to connect target selection to an actionable experiment, with delivery considered from the start.

Human and cell biology

Curated human genetics, cell assays, images, and sequences provide the evidence for a hypothesis. ATLAS-HUMAN and ATLAS-CELL connect disease relevance with measured biological response.

Agentic reasoning

OpenAI reasoning is incorporated into the Atlas design to integrate evidence, examine mechanisms, and name the next experiment. Scientific review remains part of the decision.

Enabling delivery

HYPER-15™ Active Fusion LNP is the delivery platform around which cargo and tissue requirements are evaluated. A target must be matched to a feasible delivery approach.

A SHARED DISCOVERY SYSTEM

One approach across four programs.

Atlas sits across the pipeline, bringing human evidence, cell response, and delivery criteria into each program’s next decision.

QuadHub · CCT8103/5

Discovery work on fusion mRNA designs focuses on expression, exposure, and the activity of the intended agonist components.

Energy expenditure · CCT-217

The program investigates combined gene silencing for adipose energy expenditure, with lean-mass preservation and metabolic adaptation among its development objectives.

Muscle · CCT1117

Combined siRNA research evaluates muscle size alongside force and mitochondrial function, including comparison with myostatin silencing alone.

Metabolic restoration · CCT-987

A multimodal siRNA / mRNA program investigates functional adipose rescue through a rare-disease development path. Prader-Willi syndrome is a focus of Canary’s metabolic restoration program.

HYPER-15™ ACTIVE FUSION

Delivery is part of program design.

Intended tissues

Mature adipocytes and skeletal muscle.

Payload scope

siRNA, mRNA, and gene-editing cargo.

Delivery mechanism

Plasma-membrane fusion for cytosolic entry is the design goal.

Repeat dosing

A self-degrading delivery design intended to support chronic use.

These are platform design objectives. Tissue targeting, cargo performance, and repeat-dose suitability require experimental validation.
